Limpopo Golf Pass Launch
A stay at the world-famous Legend Golf & Safari resort is one of the appetising options being offered by the new Limpopo Golf & Safari package.
Formed with the support of the Limpopo Government, the package provides tourists with the opportunity to experience four of the province’s – and South Africa’s – finest golf and wildlife estates and among them is one of the world’s most talked-about resorts: Legend Golf & Safari resort, Golf Digest magazine's Best New Course 2009.
Also included in the offering is Euphoria Golf Estate & Hydro, the runner-up in Golf Digest’s best new course category 2009 and which is set in the Waterberg mountains with an Annika Sorenstam designed golf course; a cableway that links guests to the Sundowner Deck Restaurant, with spectacular views over the golf course and landscape, hydro treatments and plenty of nature viewing.
Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is set in 1,200 hectares of pristine bushveld and features a Peter Matkovich-designed golf course, a spa and abundant wildlife. And the fab four is completed with a visit to Elements Private Golf Reserve, ranked by Golf Digest in South Africa’s top 10 and another previous best new course recipient, which also features a stunning Matkovich design and plenty more game viewing options.
A luxury eight-night package is being offered throughout 2010 for R14,500 pp sharing (£1175pp / €1290pp approx) and features two nights at each resort with breakfast included, unlimited golf with buggy hire on the four courses, a round on the nine-hole tribute course at Legend, unlimited use of each driving range and two Big 5 malaria-free safaris.
